Aurex (Pvt) Ltd is guided by a quality policy statement to ensure that all products that are manufactured and sold meet the defined quality standards and that this is evident on the product itself.

The following quality standards apply to all Aurex (Pvt) Ltd products:

 Earrings

• Bar must have trademark eg AUX and 9K or specified makers mark plus carat.
• Bar must open and close with ease using moderate finger pressure.
• Posts must be straight and grooved.
• Butterfly must be uniformly formed and stamped with the makers mark and carat.
• Must have consistent diamond cutting and matched design.
• High polish finish must have no scratches at all.
• Unless customer specifies otherwise, products must be packed in individual packets.

   Bangles

• Must have trademark eg AUX and 9K or specified makers mark plus carat or as per customer requirement.
• Safety catch must be able to open and close with ease using moderate finger pressure.
• Clasps and locks must close firmly but open and close with ease.
• Must have consistent diamond cutting and matched design.
• Must be systematically oval or round with no dents or scratches.

 Chains

• Must have trademark e.g AUX plus carat on quality tag or end cap.
• Must be cut to the exact length specified and have the right lock, spring ring or fish hook.

 Castings

• Must have trademark e.g AUX plus carat as above
• Must be clean and thoroughly polished.
• Must be free from porosity.
• Stones must be centrally mounted, firm and of the same colour unless of different colours by design.
• Rhodium plating should shiny white (not dull grey).

 Surface finish of all Products

• Must be clean and shiny.
• Must have a uniform colour.
• Surface finish must be smooth and free of sharp points, edges, dents, pits and porosity.
• Must have well finished appearance especially functional parts (clasps, earring nuts etc).
• Silver merchandise must be free of tarnishing.
