Engineer Pasipaipa Gerald Nhemachena-Munhumutema is a qualified electrical engineer. He is registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe and is a fellow of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers.

He completed his graduate traineeship with Union Carbide Zimbabwe –Zimasco Kwekwe Smelter, joining the Zimbabwe Reinsurance Company as a Risk Control and Engineering Underwriter before going into banking. As a banker, he worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe, Trust Bank and ZABG Bank where he was the General Manager – Retail Banking. He later joined the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as a Deputy Division Chief in charge of Payment Systems Oversight, Policy and Research, Projects and Risk Management in the National Payment Systems Division. He was then seconded to Fidelity Printers and Refiners (Pvt) Ltd where he worked in various capacities as a Senior Manager in charge of Projects, Technical Services Support, Production Planning and Business Performance and was the Head of Audit and Risk at the time of leaving Fidelity Printers.

He is a board member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers, where he is the honorary treasurer.

David Chirozvi is a dynamic, committed, versatile and results-oriented Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Secretary and Executive Manager with over 20 years of extensive finance, auditing and administration experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking, and Financial Services sectors. David worked in various organisations which include Sable Chemical Industries, Tobacco Sales Floor, Premier Tobacco Auction Floors, Tedco, Innscor Africa, and Reserve Bank of Zimabwe.In addition he sat as Non-Executive Director for Premier Asset Management Company and was a board of governor for Gold Ridge Primary and College.

Moreblessing is a passionate sales and marketing professional with over 10 years work experience mainly in the services sector. She worked for a leading international courier company (DHL International) for four years and worked for a reputable leadership and communication skills development training company in South Africa and in both organizations she held a Key Accounts Manager post. She also worked for a local insurance company for five years as the Business Development Manager prior to joining Aurex.

Gift, the Head of Operations, joined Aurex in 1995 and holds a wealth of experience in jewellery manufacturing and diamond cutting and polishing.  His 24 years of experience in jewellery operations covers production of the following jewellery: hand-made, diamond and semi-precious stone studded, plain cast, bangles and machine chain jewellery. Gift also holds over 10 years’ experience in diamond beneficiation operations covering diamond evaluation, diamond cutting and polishing and general factory/production management. Gift worked in various departments within the organisation and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Operations.  He received training in Diamond Evaluation, Cutting, Polishing and Management in Surat, India. He was involved in implementing several Aurex strategic initiatives/projects such as systems development, product standardization, setting up casting section, diamond cutting and polishing plant set-up. He also spearheaded the revival of chain making and bangles operations in 2016.

Gift’s vast experience includes consultancy work in the set-up of Chess Diamonds a cutting and polishing company and he also worked as Factory Manager at Skie Gems (2012-2014) before re-joining Aurex in November 2014. He is one of the founding members of the Diamond Beneficiation Association of Zimbabwe (DBAZ). He is a member and current secretary of the Harare Chapter of the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe.  Gift also lectures project management, as a part time contribution to local skills development, in several colleges, including the Management Training Bureau, Speciss College, Trust Academy as well as the PMIZ.

Nomsa is a goal driven management professional with over 20 years working experience in human resources and administration.

Nomsa kick started her career in 1994 at the Municipality of Victoria Falls where she worked as an Administration Officer. She then went on to join the Bulawayo City Council as a Committee Officer and was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Officer. She later joined the private sector and was employed by General Beltings (Pvt) Ltd as a Human Resources Officer and was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager. Nomsa also worked as a part time lecturer for 6 years at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in the department of Business Management, teaching Business Communication and Business Ethics & Corporate Governance.

She holds:
